"Wayne" has only been in PA for a week, but is in FL on business looking for "arts" to open his own Gallery-had to leave to go to the Phillipines to get the arts he wanted for his gallery---scum bag! He has not asked for money yet, and there is no way in hell I would send any. The initial photo shows him, in a red snuggie, holding a cat on his lap. The second batch shows him holding a birthday cake with a number '8' candle, one of him and his daughter Tess, one of him in a chair with red slippers on, and a head shot. He looks russian or eastern european. I have all the photos and email exchanges for comparison. He gave me a cell phone number with a nigerian exchange, and let me know he has a heavy accent. If someone was born here in the USA and spent most of their life here why would they have a heavy foreign accent?
