Its already gone to the Supreme Court. Cities that charge a price for a license, or say no altogether are asking to be sued. Door-to-Door folks are for the most part just trying to make a living. I know, Ive done it myself for Home Improvments. Only a small minority are scamming. Do these hard working folks a solid and listen to what they have, you may really want it.
